What inspires me...often times just being some where and seeing an object that shouts at me to "pretty it up". Or looking at something that someone else has made and thinking "oh wow, I bet I could do something like this with ___ at home. I pick up odds and ends where ever I go that looks like a great starting piece. Usually I have a restlessness within me that starts and then an idea formulating or maybe none at all...I guess one may say that I am the typical broody artist. A lot of times I may have something bothering me that I "work out" through creating. It is something deep within that wills me to create -- often times without a real plan. I just start out and it finishes itself. It is hard to describe, actually...
